If your item/s is faulty we will offer a choice of replacement or exchange for the product depending on its availability. Accidental breakage or customer damage and wear and tear are not considered a defect and unfortunately we cannot accept pieces for replacement or credit under these conditions. If the article arrives damaged you will need to make a claim through the Australian Post. Any pieces returned to the office that has not been discussed and that have sustained damaged will be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of. If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us as soon as possible and we will evaluate your request, record your product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). Once you have received this, please mail the product in as new condition with original packaging to Total Luxury Returns Department, PO Box 3221, Valentine, NSW 2280, Australia within 7 days of receiving your RA. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on or in the return packaging. We suggest you use Registered Post or insure the item. As soon as we have received your product we will issue you with your, replacement or exchange. Please Note: All returns must have an RA number. Any item returned without an RA number will be returned to the sender
Delivery Times
Items in stock at our Newcastle office will be available for immediate delivery. If they need to be reordered delivery date will be approximately 1 week plus normal postage.
Ring Size Conversions and Important Information
Resizing of rings is done at your own risks and costs. Products that are rhodium plated over sterling silver, we recommend you do not attempt any resizing. We will not take responsibility for any damage, additional costs or any negligence caused by failing to read this Important Information.
